Campsite after Canopus Hill, NY to Morgan Stewart Shelter, NY: Daily miles 23.5, Total miles 1427.0
Miles came easier, but still not as good as before my long period of easy living. Nothing special today. A few rocky climbs, but nothing really tough and no great views. Just a lot of miles in the long green tunnel. Out of NY tomorrow and into New England. I feel like I am getting my rhythm back.
